News on Boys Club Development

       After the DEQ issued a letter denying the proposed development, the "Lucky Seven" suffered another set back (6/2/09) with the Court's OPINION AFFIRMING the DECISION OF the CLAY TWP PLANNING COMMISSION. For a copy of the entire ruling follow the indicated link. 

But, it isn't over yet. The Lucky 7 has filed an appeal within the prescribed period and the next ruling will be coming from the Appeals Court.       It is of great concern that some individuals insist on vandalizing all manner of property on the island including our joint association assets. Since late last year we have had the grounds of Browne's Field torn up, trees litteraly uprooted and the signe defaced. We urge all residents and visitors to be on the lookout for these vandals and ask your help in identifying them.
