Update News on Boys Club Development:

       On May 25, 2010, the Michigan Supreme Court issued a one sentence ruling on the Appeal by the Lucky Seven. As written, this effectively ends any appeal on this matter and reads:

" On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal the November 16, 2009 order of the Court of Appeals is considered and DENIED, because we are not persuaded the question should be reviewed by this Court."

      It is of great concern that some individuals insist on vandalizing all manner of property on the island including our joint association assets. Since late last year we have had the grounds of Browne's Field torn up, trees litteraly uprooted and the signe defaced. We urge all residents and visitors to be on the lookout for these vandals and ask your help in identifying them.
